The Ministry of justice announced changes that are expected in 2019 payers of child support in favor of the child.
This was announced by the Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko in Facebook.
The report said that during 2018 from defaulters collected two times more money than in the 2017th. So, last year, artists have sought 4.6 billion UAH of debts, and previous to 2.4 billion.
“In 2018, state Executive of the Ministry of justice sought 4.6 billion UAH of the debt under alimony in favor of the Ukrainian children. It is almost twice more than in 2017, when the children were returned to UAH 2.4 bn of debt,” – said the Minister.
Petrenko stressed that to achieve a successful outcome was possible thanks to numerous legislative initiatives that have introduced new powerful tools of influence on debtors.

We will remind, the constitutional Court of Ukraine upheld the abolition of the allowance for child care until they reach three years and a reduction in the amount of the benefit at the time of her birth.
It was the decision of the court of 7 November 2018.
So, the constitutional court considered a representation of 50 people’s deputies concerning conformity with the Constitution of the provisions of paragraph 7 of section 2 of the law “On preventing financial catastrophe and creating prerequisites for economic growth in Ukraine.”
As reported previously Know.ia the Committee on family matters, youth policy, sports and tourism recommends MPs to revise the draft law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on securing the rights of men who are raising children without mothers (single fathers) and to grant them rights on a par with the rights of single mothers.
