Chocolate-vanilla Panna cotta: a recipe that will not leave anyone indifferent

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

25 g gelatin

400 g of sour cream

400 ml of milk

200 g of sugar

3 tbsp cocoa

10 g of vanillin


1. Gelatin pour boiled water, stir and leave for 30 minutes to he increased in size. Then heat on low flame to dissolve the gelatin granules. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

2. Sour cream room temperature mix in the vanilla, half the gelatin and half of the sugar.

3. For the chocolate mixture boil the milk, add cocoa and cook for a homogeneous drink color cool. Add second half of gelatin and sugar.

4. Alternately pour the white and brown layer in the form of cups. Wait 5-15 minutes, and pour the next layer.
