Lettuce boats with chicken: how to eat and not getting fat

Ingredients:

400 g chicken fillet

1 cabbage

1 onion

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 cloves of garlic

0.5 cups of broth

salt to taste

pepper to taste

Preparation:
