1 Cup water

1 tablespoon of sugar

1.5 cups of flour

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp dry yeast

powdered sugar to taste


1. Mix the yeast and sugar in warm water.

2. Knead the dough, adding the flour and the salt in the resulting liquid. Put the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

3. Heated the oil in a pan until almost boiling.

4. The dough, without kneading, with a spoon placed in the oil, helping the second spoon.

5. Remove donuts with a slotted spoon and spread on a napkin to remove excess oil.
